After having my home listed with another real estate agent, I had very little traffic and no prospects.  My contract had ended and I was ready to give up, but then I received a call from Denise.  She was very eager and knowledgeable, so I decided to give her a try.  I had to move out of state, so Denise volunteered to check on it more frequently, get the mail and even mow the lawn!  She listened to my needs and communicated very well. Denise handled all transactions in a very professional manner.  She was very aggressive in getting things moving right along.  The marketing was great!  Thanks to Denise, my home sold within 2 months.  I would highly recommend her to anyone needing an agent.
